30 day trial
Our 30 Day trial is your opportunity to fall in love with fitness. This is your introduction to Fortitude, and our introduction to you.
Over the 30 days, we will work with you on finding out which program is going to help you achieve your goals. You will be assigned a personal coach who will work with you and be there to answer any questions. During the trial you’ll have the opportunity to train as many times as you like so you can fully immerse yourself within our community.

Semi private Coaching
Semi Private Coaching is our premium coaching service.
It’s Personal Training at a fraction of the cost plus all the benefits of training in a small group. These groups are for no more than 6 people at a time with one coach always present. This is to ensure a better level of coaching is delivered.
Members in our Semi Private program train more specifically towards their goals as we deliver an individualised program meaning they’ll obtain great results in a fraction of the time!

Group coaching sessions
We run a variety of group training programmes to suit a number of fitness goals.
Our group coaching sessions and programmes are designed to be partaken in by anyone, regardless of training background, previous experience, current activity levels etc.
We offer 3 main programmes
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is a programme with a simple purpose.
To make people look, move, feel and perform better.
This is achieved through a progressive strength programme where individuals will come in, start at an appropriate level determined by their coach and then sensibly progress onto more complex movements over time.
The way its designed means individuals continually improve week on week, leading to greater results than being in the gym on your own, confused not knowing what to do and when best to do it.
We train in a small group of up to 12 individuals meaning everyone gets coached and no-one gets left out – ever!
Training in a supportive environment with like minded people is infectious.
Fortifit is our functional fitness programme, incorporating all the movements seen in the Sport of Fitness.
It is a programme designed to develop all key attributes of fitness, which include, Olympic Weightlifting, general strength development, gymnastic skills and strength movements, all alongside multiple energy systems development.
Our programme is broad general and inclusive. This means we enhance a multitude of different fitness elements that can transfer into improvement in any task and challenge, ultimately leading us to living a better quality of life.
It also allows us to meet individuals no matter where they are at and progress them at their own pace where we deem appropriate.
This programme is for anyone looking to build a good overall base of fitness, develop new skills and have a tonne of fun in the process.
Fortitude Barbell is our Olympic Lifting plus general strength program.
The Olympic Lift consists of two movements, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
They are two of the most technical movements of any lifting discipline and require elements of speed, power, strength, flexibility and coordination.
The beauty is they can be broken down and learned by anyone who wants to keep training interesting and learn a new skill.
Olympic weightlifting is also a competitive sport that can be competed in locally and beyond.
Our Barbell programme consists of 3 sessions per week covering both Olympic lifting movements plus accessory work such as Squatting, Deadlifting and Overhead Pressing etc.
