Who is Fortitude for?

The last 20 months have seen us build a fitness community almost unintentionally. We as coaches love all things strength training and fully believe exercise is a powerful tool that can change lives.

We decided to create a client focused environment and be different to normal gyms who sign you up to long memberships and don’t even remember your name let alone the reasons why you’re training.  

Our aim has always been to create a supportive environment for people who want to learn to train well and with purpose. We have come up with a few common themes that we fully believe in and anyone looking to train with us should believe in also.

We do what we do because we believe it works to get you fitter, stronger, and healthier. 

We believe in working hard and training smart so you can be active outside, be active inside, keep up with your kids, be active with your friends, be active on vacation, and make the most of your life. 

We believe strength training empowers you to become better not only in the gym, but in sport and in life. 

We do what we do so that more people can live longer, healthier, happier and more amazing lives. 

We serve people who want to get in shape and don’t know where to begin. 

We serve people who are looking to get better (faster, stronger, better) at their sport. 

We serve people who are looking for real, tangible, and long lasting changes in overall health and appearance. 

We serve people who are seeking quality coaching and a supportive community.
