24/7 support (almost!)

I have found some of the extras that Fortitude do like weight loss groups on Facebook help. Give you ideas what to eat. Their staff taking time out of their own days to help you put in a routine together to help with your progress

I’m not always as active as I would like stuck behind a desk in my office. I’ve quit smoking and coming back from major shoulder surgery. Month by month went buy of me slowly putting on more weight. Next thing I know I’ve hit 18 stone. Enough is enough!!!!!

I started at a national gym in Gloucester where it had everything that you would need for a workout and more. But I just found it hard to motivate myself to push to the next level. My brother in law push me to start CrossFit here at Fortitude in Lydney.

I started 2 months ago now and I can honestly say it is the best decision I have made.

Everyone is made welcome. All the trainers and coaches make the extra effort to come and talk to everyone. It is such a friendly atmosphere. Something I have never witnessed in a gym before. They understand you as a person and help you with your goals.

I find training as a part of a group is an excellent way to stay motivated. You can train with friends and also have that one on one personal trainer feeling. Some of the music choices can be looked at but 9 times out of 10 there a great beat to work out too.

I’ve never been a gym freak. FACT! But I am now converted. I look forward to everytime I go. I feel myself getting fitter by the week.

I’ve lost over a stone in weight as well as gaining muscle mass all in the first 8 weeks

All of the above is down to TEAM FORTITUDE. Josh Telling and the TEAM are legends and I would recommend anyone to join. This is a place that is going places!

People person through and through. I love learning, doing, thinking and experiencing. Suffering from wanderlust and hungerlust. I’m inquisitive, friendly, playful with a wickedly dark sense of humour. I like to investigate and explore. I hate feet, rude people and I hate it when plans fall through. I love learning, bed time, treading on fresh snow and crawling into fresh bed sheets. I also enjoy the smell of fresh bread and coffee, the sound when you break the safety seal on a glass jar, sarcasm and asking questions. I'm a home cook and a social media addict.
